Department of Opto-Electronics is established in 1991 with collaborative efforts of World Bank, IIT Delhi, and RRCAT Indore. This diploma course includes electronics engineering as well as the new advancement in electronics engineering about LASERs and Giga/Tera bit communication optical fiber. In previous years almost all the students of department got placed through campus interview.
