Mechanical engineering is the art of using problem-solving techniques and applying them to the design and manufacturing of an object. Essentially, a mechanical engineer uses creative design and analytical knowledge to turn a concept into something real. Mechanical engineers are involved with the design, analysis, testing, manufacturing, control, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. In our institute we are also running this branch since 1962 with its own building, well equipped laboratories and associate departmental facilities . Under the leadership of 30 years experienced head of department and faculties with multi dimensional characteristics. With the intake capacity of 60 students and of three year diploma course our 180 students are developing their academic career. Our students are getting placements in renowned industries with their job satisfaction and also select for their higher studies.
